The application site is not allocated for housing development within the Chinnor Neighbourhood Plan, and the proposed development due to its siting and layout does not represent infill housing development within the existing built up form of the village.  As a result the development does not accord with Policy CH H1 of the Chinnor Neighbourhood Plan.  There are no material considerations of sufficient weight to overide this conflict with the development plan.
