The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall not commence until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows and external doors has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To protect the special architectural character and historic interest of the Listed Building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies Con 2 and Con 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Prior to the commencement of the workshereby approved, a photographic schedule of all materials to be used in the external construction and finishes of the development hereby permitted shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To protect the special architectural character and historic interest of the Listed Building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies Con 2 and Con 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Prior to the commencement of works details pertaining to the mechanical fixing of the new roof to the old roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To protect the special architectural character and historic interest of the Listed Building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies Con 2 and Con 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
