Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall commence before 6 June 2017. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

No change to original condition -That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 07A, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

No change to original condition - That those buildings shown to be demolished on the plans accompanying the application shall be demolished, and any demolished material which is not to be utilised in the new works shall be removed from the land, before the works hereby permitted commences, and this provision shall apply unless an alternative scheme for the phased demolition of the building(s) and removal of materials is first submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policy CON 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Prior to the commencement of the works hereby approved, apart from works to construct the site accesses, samples of all materials to be used in the external construction and finishes of the development hereby permitted shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policy CON 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Prior to the commencement of the works hereby approved, apart from works to construct the site accesses, a detailed specification of any external ducts, flue pipes or means of external venting shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and any such works shall be implemented in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That the works hereby approved, apart from works to construct the site accesses, shall not commence until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows, external doors and roof lights has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the development in accordance with Policy CSQ3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies G2 and D1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

No change to original condition - Details, including drawings as necessary, in respect of the following, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun: a. A full Repairs Schedule for each of the historic buildings which are to be retained. b. A Schedule of Internal Alterations and large scale sections will also need to be provided for each converted building to show: o Floors o Walls treatments (including insulation) o Roof treatments (including insulation) Building D mangers and hay rack details. Building G please provide a section showing the new stairs and lift. Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policy (CON 2/CON 3) of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

No change to original condition - All new rainwater goods shall be of profiled metal construction painted black. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policy CON 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

No change to original condition - Notwithstanding the details shown on drawing no 12/39/15a the external stone steps to Building G shall be retained. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policy CON 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
