Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That if within 10 years of the substantial completion of the building, the use of the building for agricultural purposes permanently ceases, and within a further 3 years, planning permission has not been granted for an alternative use, and there is no outstanding appeal, the building shall be dismantled, the materials shall be removed from the land and the land restored to its former condition before development took place, or to such a condition as shall otherwise have been agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To protect the openness of the Oxford Green Belt in accordance with Policy CSEN2 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and policy and GB4 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
