That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 7594-504, 7594 505, BLO 001, 7594 502, 7594 503 and 16 CAW SL01, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

The exterior of the development hereby permitted shall only be constructed in the materials specified and approved by application P16/S3282/DIS unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the development in accordance with Policy CSQ3 and CSEN1 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027, Policies H4, G2 and D1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 and the Woodcote Neighbourhood Plan.

This permission only allows for the variation of Condition 2 of planning permission P16/S2432/FUL to allow for amendments to the approved scheme.. All the other conditions attached to that planning permission remain in force in all other respects. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies..
