The development hereby permitted shall be implemented in accordance with the Mitigation proposals contained in Chapter 6 of the Bat Survey Report (NLG Ecology Ltd September 2016) submitted with the application in all respects. Any variation shall be agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority before such change is made.
Reason: To protect the important species on the site, in accordance with provisions of the NPPF and Policies CSB1 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and C8 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
