Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. Related application(s): P19/S2593/DIS

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 1562 01B, 1562 02, 1562 03 A, 1562 04 A and 1562 05 A, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

That the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs of the extension hereby approved shall be of the same colour, type and texture as the roof tiles and render used on the existing listed building. Reason: In the interests of the special architectural and historic qualities and features of the listed building and its setting in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That all works of alteration and making good to the retained fabric of the listed building are carried out to match those used in the existing or original construction of the listed building. Reason: In the interests of the special architectural and historic qualities and features of the listed building and its setting in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That the works hereby approved shall not commence until the information listed below has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. 1) a detailed specification of the glazing, type, design and external finish of all windows and external doors, including the glazed link. 2) a detailed joinery cross section showing the sash window that is proposed to be inserted in the gable end of the listed building. Reason: In the interests of the special architectural and historic qualities and features of the listed building and its setting in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
