Decision
Refusal of Planning Permission on 20th February 2017
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
Given the position of the public house and restaurant in close proximity of a number of residential dwellings the incursion of the bi-fold window has the potential to cause an unacceptable level of harm to the amenity of the neighbouring properties in terms of noise pollution. As such, the proposed would be contrary to Policies CS1 and CSHEN1 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and policies D5, G2 and EP2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan and to Government guidance in the National Planning Policy Framework.
