Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, WS 5, WS 3B, WS 6 and WS 4, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

That the works hereby approved shall not commence until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows , external doors and proposed roof lantern has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: In the interests of the special character of the listed building and the conservation area in accordance with Policy CSEN2 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies Con 2 and D1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That the materials used in the proposed extension shall be as stated on the plans and provided in photographs sent via e-mail dated 9 November, 2016. Reason: In the interests of the special character of the listed building and the conservation area in accordance with Policy CSEN2 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and policies Con 2 and D1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
