That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, Red line location plan drwgno SK.16-746-01,Location plan drwgno SK.16-746-03 , Block Plan drwgno SK.16-746-02 and Bund Detail drwgno SK.16-746-04, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
The use of the land hereby permitted shall be restricted to the hours of 0730 - 1800 hours Monday to Friday; 0730 - 1300 hours Saturday; and no work shall be undertaken on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
Reason: In the interests of the amenities of the occupants of nearby properties and in accordance with Policies G2 and E5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
The parking and turning areas shall be provided in accordance with Location plan drwgno SK.16-746-03 and shall be retained unobstructed except for the parking of vehicles associated with the development at all times.
Reason: In the interests of highway safety and in accordance with Policy T1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
