Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, PL.0101, PL.0104, PL.0103, PL.1101, PL.1104 and PL.1103, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies. Related application(s): P18/S0703/DIS

The exterior of the development hereby permitted shall only be constructed in the materials specified on the plans hereby approved or in materials which shall previously have been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In the interests of the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Prior to the commencement of any works hereby approved, a method statement of works to be carried out on the second floor, to include details of works to the flooring, ceiling and roof timbers, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The works shall be carried out only in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Details of all new mechanical ventilation and associated works shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of the works. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
