That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 21E, 20C and 22, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

That the south western window casement (right-hand window casement when viewing the north western side elevation of 28 Timber Way), serving bedroom 3, shall be fixed shut and non-opening. The remaining window casement shall be fully opening to ensure compliance with building regulation standards. Both windows shall be obscure glazed up to a height of 1.7 meters above floor level. Reason: To ensure that the development is in accordance with building regulation standards, and to ensure that neighboring privacy is protected in accordance with Policy H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
