Prior to the commencement of development a detailed plan showing the treatment of the existing vehicular access to render the site inaccessible to vehicles, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and the agreed treatment shall be completed in accordance with the approved details prior to the first occupation of the development hereby permitted. Thereafter the agreed treatment shall be retained as approved.
Reason: In the interests of highway and pedestrian safety in accordance with Policy T1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
Prior to the commencement of development, confirmation that a unilateral undertaking to prevent the proposal from being eligible for parking permits has been completed with Oxfordshire County Council, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
