Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 054A SP01, 054A EL01, 054A-EL01 Rev A and OP1-001, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

That the number of vents installed in the roof shall not exceed the number as indicated on the approved plans. Reason: To ensure that the historical and architectural qualities of the grade II listed building are not diminished in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan and Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy.
