That the pool building hereby approved shall be completed within 1 year from the date of this listed building consent. Reason: To protect the setting of the listed building and the character of the conservation area in accordance with policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and policies Con 3, Con 6 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan

That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, [INSERT], except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies. Related application(s): P18/S3699/DIS

Prior to the commencement of the development hereby approved samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the development in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies Con 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That the development hereby approved shall not commence until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows and external doors has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the development in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies Con 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
