Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. Related application(s): P17/S2647/DIS

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 02, 03, 04, 05, 01 Rev 02, 08 Rev 02, 07 Rev 03, 06 Rev 07 and 09 Rev 01, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Prior to the commencement of the works hereby approved samples of the roof materials and the proposed glazing to be used in the external construction shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. All other materials should match the existing buildings as closely as possible. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies CON2, CON3 and CON5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
