Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, P1-210, P1-211, P1-212 and P1-213 and as detailed in the supporting documents, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

The temporary alterations hereby permitted shall only be constructed/fitted in the materials specified on the plans and in the supporting documents hereby approved or in materials which shall previously have been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the development in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

This consent shall expire after a period of three years from the date hereof, and the alterations to the listed building hereby permitted shall be removed and/or put back as existing by the expiry date of this permission or by a time which shall previously have been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In view of the temporary nature of the works and in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
