That the proposed development would be out of keeping, intrusive and dominant in the street scene due to the significant increase in the height of the roof and eaves of the building. This would be at odds with the properties on either side and extending westward along Kellys Road which would be detrimental to the visual amenities of the locality contrary to Policy CSQ3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and saved Policies D1, G2 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
