That the signage hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 16 033 0085 PA 02, 16 033 0085 PA 04, 16 033 0085 PA 01 and 16 033 0085 PA 03 and detailed in the supporting documents, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

The exterior of the signage hereby permitted shall only be constructed in the materials specified on the plans hereby approved or in materials which shall previously have been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the signage in accordance with Policies CS1, CSHEN1 and CSQ3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies AD1, CON5, CON7, CON8, D1, G2 and T1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

The sign (advertisements) hereby approved shall not be illuminated unless otherwise previously approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In the interest of highway safety and to safeguard the visual amenities of the surrounding conservation area in accordance with Policies CS1, CSHEN1 and CSQ3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies AD1, CON5, CON7, CON8, D1, G2 and T1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
