Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The first floor windows in the north west and south east (side) elevations of the extension hereby permitted shall be glazed in obscure glass. In addition, they shall either be fixed shut with the exception of a top hung opennable fanlight, or positioned with a cill level at least 1.7 metres above the finished floor level of the rooms they serve, or side hung and fitted with a restrictor to limit their point of maximum opening to 10 centimetres or less, prior to the first occupation of the accommodation and it shall be retained as such thereafter, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policies D4 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
