The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.

That the render finish on the external walls and the natural slate to be used for the roof of the works hereby approved shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building(s).

That the installation of all new windows and doors hereby approved shall not take place until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all joinery has first been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: To preserve the historic and architectural interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies CON2, CON3 and CON5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
The rooflights hereby approved shall be conservation style rooflights and be set flush with the plane of the roof in which they are to be inserted.
