The premises shall at no time be used for the sale of hot food for consumption off the premises. Reason: To protect the amenities of nearby residential properties and in the interests of highway safety in accordance with Policies G2, EP2, T1 and T2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

The use of the premises hereby permitted shall be restricted to the hours of 8.00 am - 10.00 pm Monday to Saturday, and 10.00 am - 5.00 pm on Sundays and Bank Holidays. Reason: In the interests of the amenities of the occupants of nearby properties and in accordance with Policies G2 and EP2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
