Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, PF 001, LOC 001, RLP 001 and RE 002, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.
That notwithstanding the details shown on plan RLP 001, there shall be no more than 3 rooflights over the kitchen, of maximum external size 668mm x 1021mm which shall be installed as per the manufacturer's details submitted with the application.
Reason: To preserve the special character of the listed building in accordance with policy Con 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
