Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, BLO-001 and LOC-001, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

That the remaining 'stubs' of the curtilage listed boundary wall shall be retained hereafter and the wall stubs shall be repaired with lime mortar proportions 1:3 (1 lime : 3 graded sharp sand) within 12 months of the listed building consent hereby granted. A sample panel of the lime mortar repairs shall be submitted in writing to the Local Planning Authority for approval.
