Prior to the first occupation of the development hereby approved a Travel Plan shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the Travel Plan shall be implemented as approved on first occupation of the development hereby approved and maintained thereafter, and also updated appropriately in accordance with details to be set out within the Travel Plan.
Reason: To promote the use of non car modes of transport in accordance with Policy CSM2 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027.
This permission only relates to the removal of Condition 13 of planning permission P11/S0126. All the other conditions attached to that planning permission remain in force in all other respects.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
