Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. Related application(s): P17/S1468/DIS, P17/S1606/DIS

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, FRAME DRAWINGS and 1118/A/003, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

That the works hereby approved shall not commence until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows and external doors has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To ensure that the special historical and architectural qualities of the Grade II listed building would not be diminished, in accordance with Policies CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

Prior to the commencement of the works hereby approved, the following details shall be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority: 1. Method statement for the removal of the existing pointing; 2. Lime specification for the new pointing; 3. Method statement and pointing style confirmation for the new pointing. Reason: To ensure that the special historical and architectural qualities of the Grade II listed building would not be diminished, in accordance with Policies CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
