The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That, in the event application P16/S0126/LB (APP/Q3115/Y/16/3151725) is allowed by the Planning Inspectorate, only one additional external door opening shall be installed in the elevations of 7 Faringdon Court, Cholsey Meadows and up on commencement of one consent the other shall lapse with immediate effect.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
