Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. Related application(s): P16/S4134/DIS

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, TDS 326/CM 9000, TDS 326/CM 9001 and TDS 326/CM 9002, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Details, including drawings as necessary, in respect of the following, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun: a. Joinery b. New external stairs Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That, in the event application P16/S0126/LB (APP/Q3115/Y/16/3151725) is allowed by the Planning Inspectorate, only one additional external door opening shall be installed in the elevations of 7 Faringdon Court, Cholsey Meadows and up on commencement of one consent the other shall lapse with immediate effect. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
