Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans,PL.001 PL.002 PL.003, PL.004 and 201 Rev A , except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Within three (3) months of the date of this permission, the two roof lights located on the north elevation roof slope, on the extension hereby permitted, shall be glazed in obscure glass, and shall be retained as such thereafter. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policies D4 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Within three (3) months of the date of this permission, the two roof lights located on the north elevation roof slope, on the extension hereby permitted, shall be fixed shut non-opening windows and shall be retained as such thereafter. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policies D4 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
