Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, BLO 01, OP1 01 and 001, and the details contained within the submitted Design and Access statement hereby approved except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent.
Reason: In the interests of safeguarding the character of the listed building in accordance with South Oxfordshire Core Strategy Policy CSEN3 and South Oxfordshire Local Plan Policy CON3.
That the development hereby approved shall be carried out with;
1) Joinery profiles to match the existing windows and
2) Glazing to be Victorian Sheet glass
unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority.
