Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The proposals shown on drawings RL056-01, PF-001, PE-001, PE-002, PE-003 and PE-004 and set out in the supporting documentation accompanying the application is permitted by; the Caravan Sites and Control of Development Act 1960 (the 1960 Act); Section 55 of the of the Town & Country Planning Act 1990; Sections 29 and 13 of Caravan Sites Act 1968 ("The 1968 Act"); and Class F of Schedule 2 and Part 1 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 and does not require planning permission from the Local Planning Authority.

The proposals hereby given a certificate of lawful use shall not be occupied at any time other than for purposes ancillary to the residential use of the dwelling known as High Cottage. The siting and use of the mobile home set out in the planning statement, drawings and supporting documents accompanying this application is for the explicit use of family members of Mrs Susan Penny (the owner occupier of High Cottage). This certificate of lawful use relates only to this very specific family arrangement. Where any change in circumstances occurs the Local Planning Authority must first be notified in writing. The continued siting of the mobile home under different circumstances may require an application for planning permission. Reason: As the separate occupation of the mobile home would represent an undesirable sub-division of the property and result in inadequate standards of amenity and privacy in accordance with Policy H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
