The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the development and the setting of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSQ3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies G2, CON5, D1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
Prior to the commencement of any demolition in relation to this approval, a level 2 record (Understanding Historic Buildings, a guide to good recording practice) (2016) shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
