Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. Related application(s): P17/S1295/DIS

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 15 584 PL001 A, 15 584 PL002 A, 15 584 PL003 A, 15 584 PL004 A, 15 584 PL006 A, 15 584 PL1201 A, 15 584 PL1200 A and 15 584 PL005 C and detailed in the supporting documents, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

The internal works hereby permitted shall only be constructed in the materials specified on the plans hereby approved or in materials which shall previously have been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To preserve the architectural and historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That the materials to be used for agreed repairs and making good will be carried out in like-for-like in materials and finishes to match the adjacent work unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To preserve the architectural and historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Prior to the commencement of the works hereby approved a detailed specification of the log burner, hearth, flue and chimney cowl shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and any such works shall be implemented in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To preserve the architectural and historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
