That the installation of doors and windows hereby approved shall not commence until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows and external doors has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. That the installation of doors and windows hereby approved shall not commence until a detailed, internal door schedule has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The submitted information shall include internal doors marked up on plan, and technical drawings / photo of type of door in each location (showing existing, and then proposed change). Thereafter the development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance and historic significance of the development in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Prior to each section of work commencing on the timber structure, in the event that work to, and removal of, timbers varies from the supporting information hereby approved, details of timbers to be removed and retained shall be submitted and approved in writing to the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: In the interests of the historic significance of the development in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Prior to work commencing on the rebuilding of the infill panel, details of lime render, wood fibreboard and plaster shall be submitted and approved in writing to the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: In the interests of the historic significance of the development in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

In the event that items, detailing or techniques of historic interest are identified during the excavation or construction process, a Level 2 photographic record shall be carried out. This must be carried out by a heritage-building, recording consultant or organisation, along with a brief description to document the find, and shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority upon completion. Reason: As the building is of historic importance in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies CON13 and CON14 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
