The development to which this permission relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, PL.002 Rev A, PL.003 Rev D, PL.011 Rev B, PL.014 Rev F, PL.012 Rev B, PL.015 Rev G, PL.017 Rev A, PL.018 Rev A, PL.010 Rev B, PL.013 Rev G, PL.005 Rev B, PL.008 Rev E, PL.004 Rev C, PL.007 Rev E, PL.001 Rev A, PL.006 Rev A, PL.009 Rev E and HTS 01, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

The exterior of the works hereby permitted shall only be constructed in the materials specified on the plans hereby approved and materials as shown on supporting details or in materials which shall previously have been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To preserve the historic and architectural interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
