Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 1084 PL010, 1084 PL011, 1084 SU 010, 1084 SU 011, 1084 PL 007c, 1084 DT004a, 1084 PL002g, 1084 PL001h, 1084 PL004b, 1084 PL003c, 1084 DT 003a, 1084 DT 001a, 1084 PL 020d, 1084 PL022b, 1084 SU001a and 1084 SU 002a, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the local planning authority prior to the commencement of the relevant works, the mortar to be used for the works herby approved shall be 'Ecoright Course Stuff 'Corn' Wet Mix Lime'. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
