That, having regard to the depth of the proposed extension and its close proximity to both neighbouring boundaries, the proposal would result in an oppressive and overbearing impact upon the numbers 4 and 8 Pritchard Close and reduce daylight in to a habitable room on the ground floor of number 4. The proposal is contrary to Policy CSQ3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy, Policies H13, D1, G2 and D4 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 and sections 6.2.2 and 6.3.3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Design Guide.
