Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, BLO 001, OP 001, 1 and LOC 001, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.
That the works hereby approved shall be undertaken in accordance with the following:
1. The fireplace should be finished and repaired to match the historic surround.
Reason: To ensure that the special historical and architectural qualities of the Grade II listed building will not be diminished, in accordance with Policies CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan and CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy.
