Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 08, 02, 03, 01, 07, DC/P/05, DC/P/05 rev A, DC/P/04 rev A and DC/P/06 Rev A, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Prior to the commencement of the relevant part of the works hereby approved, details in relation to the following shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority: 1. Mouldings of the horizontal porch entablature; 2. Design and profile of the vertical columns. Thereafter, the works shall be implemented in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To ensure that the special historical and architectural qualities of the Grade II* listed building are not diminished, in accordance with Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan, in addition to Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy.
