Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The development to which this permission relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, B3 16 03, LOC 001, B3 16 01 and B3 16 02, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

The exterior of the development hereby permitted shall only be constructed in the materials specified on the plans hereby approved or in materials which shall previously have been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the development in accordance with Policy CSQ3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies G2 and D1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

The proposed testing hours of operation for the proposed generator/plant equipment shall be restricted to between 09:00-17:00 Monday to Friday. Reason: To protect the occupants of nearby residential properties from noise disturbance in accordance with Policy EP2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011

All plant, machinery and equipment to be used by reason of the granting of this permission shall be so installed, maintained and operated so as to ensure that the rating noise level from the equipment shall be at least 5 dB below the pre existing background noise level (L90) when measured at the nearest noise sensitive premises. Measurements and rating of noise for the purpose of this conditions shall be in accordance with BS4142:2014 -"Method of rating industrial and commercial sound'. In the event of unacceptable noise or vibration being caused by the installed plant, machinery and equipment, the applicant or persons responsible shall investigate and undertake appropriate attenuation works to resolve the problem to the satisfaction of the local planning authority. Reason: To protect the occupants of nearby residential properties from loss of amenity due to noise disturbance, in accordance with Polcy EP2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
