Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 16-06-01, 16-06-02, 16-06-03, 16-06-04, 16-06-06, 16-06-05 A, 16-06-11 A, 16-06-10A, 16-06-07A, 16-06-13, 16-06-09A and 16-06-08A, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

The exterior of the development hereby permitted shall only be constructed in the materials specified on the plans hereby approved or in materials which shall previously have been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance and historic significance of the development in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That the materials to be used for any internal or external works of making good shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance and historic significance of the development in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That the joinery details hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans: OXKD 361912. Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance and historic significance of the development in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies CON3.

That the repointing works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the 'Lime Mortar, Re-pointing Method Statement' received 14 June 2016, and in a colour to match existing mortar only, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance and historic significance of the development in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies CON3.
