Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, MWL-01, MWL-02, MWL-10 and MWL-11, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

That the approved solar panels shall be removed from the Grade II listed building, as soon as practically possible, after the end of the operational lifespan of the equipment. Thereafter, any works of making good shall use materials to match the existing building and that are suitable to the historic context of the site. Reason: To ensure that the special historical and architectural qualities of the Grade II listed building are not diminished, in accordance with Policies CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan, and CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy.
