Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, WG212-001, WG212-007 Rev D, WG212-014 and WG212-015 Rev E, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

The first floor window in the north west elevation of the dwelling shall be glazed in obscure glass, and shall be fixed shut with the exception of a top hung openable fanlight, prior to the first occupation of the accommodation and it shall be retained as such thereafter. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policies D4 and H4 or H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

This application relates to the variation of Condition 2 of planning permission P15/S2551/FUL only and all other conditions associated with that planning permission remain in force. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
