That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, OP 1, LOC 1, BLO 001, PE 001, PE 002, PE 003, PE 004,PE 005 and PE006, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
That at the expiration of a period of 3 years from the date of this permission the structures hereby permitted shall be removed from the land.
Reason: In order that the viability of the agricultural business can be assessed during this period and that any future application can be determined having regard to this assessment in accordance with Development Plan policies.
The use of the buildings hereby permitted shall be limited solely to use for agricultural purposes, and purposes ancillary to agriculture, in association with the agricultural use of the land as shown on the plans accompanying the application.
Reason: To restrict the use of the building to one compatible with the surrounding rural area in accordance with Policy CSS1 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policy A1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
