Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, MD-01B, 01GP, PL 01/D and BWHW PL-02/A, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

The exterior of the works hereby permitted shall only be constructed in the materials specified on the plans hereby approved, in materials as stated on the submitted application form or in materials which shall previously have been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the historical and architectural qualities of the Grade II listed building will not be diminished, in accordance with Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan, and Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy.

That areas of making good should be in appropriate and compatible materials, mortar and finish to match adjacent or historic material. Reason: To ensure that the historical and architectural qualities of the Grade II listed building will not be diminished, in accordance with Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan, and Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy.
