Conditions / Refusal Reasons
This permission shall expire after a period of 3 years from the date hereof, and the building hereby permitted and all associated materials shall be removed from the land by the expiry date of this permission.
Reason: In view of the temporary nature of the development and in accordance with Policy CSEN1 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies G2 and D1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 517-23-P1, 517-23-P2, 517-23-P3, 517-23-P4, 517-23-P5, 517-23-P6 and 517-23-P7, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
The tree protection details as set out in the approved arboricultural method statement by Heritage Tree Services Ltd dated July 2014. shall be implemented and put in place prior to any on site works commencing and thereafter retained in situ for the duration of development.
Reason: To safeguard trees which are visually important in accordance with Policy CSQ3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies G2, C9 and D1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011
