The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 102, 104A, 101, 103A and 100, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

P16/S2993/DISThe walls of the development hereby permitted shall be constructed in natural stone of the same colour, type and texture, laid and pointed in the same manner, as the natural stone which has been used in the construction of the existing building. Otherwise all materials shall be carried out in accordance with the details provided on the plans unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Reason: In the interests of safeguarding the character of the listed building in accordance with South Oxfordshire Core Strategy Policy CSEN3 and South Oxfordshire Local Plan Policy CON2.
That the development hereby approved shall not commence until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of the enlarged external door on the side elevation has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: In the interests of safeguarding the character of the listed building in accordance with South Oxfordshire Core Strategy Policy CSEN3 and South Oxfordshire Local Plan Policy CON2.
