Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 058A PL01, 058A PL02, 058A PL03, 058A EL01, 058B EL01, 058B EL02, 058B EL03, 058B EL04, 058B PL01 and 058B SP01, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.
That the development hereby approved shall not commence until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows and external doors has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That all new/replacement tiles shall match the existing building.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That all works should be carried out in accordance with the submitted schedule of works unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Details, including drawings as necessary, in respect of the following, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun:
i) structural report and method statement/plan of action
ii) lime specifications for approval
Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.

That paint works to the whole of the building, shall not commence until paint removal test areas have been submitted and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
