That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, GA-EX-101, GA-EX-104, GA-EX-100, GA-EX-103, GA-EX-102, GA-PR-204, GA-PR-200, GA-PR-203, GA-PR-202, GA-EX-001, GA-EX-002 and GA-PR-201, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Following any work to open up or remove any modern finishes, and prior to the commencement of the relevant repair and replacement works, details and drawings of the timber frame showing the extent of timber and masonry repair and/or replacement shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
