The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details contained in the submitted application form and supporting information. Reason: To preserve the special historical and architectural qualities of the Grade II listed building, in accordance with policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan and policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy.
