Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The Council are satisfied that the proposed garage conversion, alteration of hard standing and alteration of access to a highway, as detailed on plans: 882/102, 882/202, 882/101, 882/201, 883/100, 882/302, 882/301, conforms with the provisions and associated conditions of Schedule 2, Part 1, Classes A and F, and Schedule 2, Part 2, Class B of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (as amended). The Council agrees to issue a certificate of lawful development for the proposed development.
